I was not born into power, but into possibility. My earliest memories are of a community that taught me two truths: that dignity is every person’s birthright, and that progress is never an accident. I grew up watching neighbors share what little they had, teachers who believed in potential more than circumstance, and elders who reminded us that a nation’s strength is measured not by its wealth, but by the wellbeing of its people.
